HR Generalist

Our client, a global financial services provider with offices across the world and a local presence in New York City, is hiring an HR Generalist to report to the SVP of HR and drive a broad range of HR functions with the support of a HR Coordinator. This is a virtual role in the short term but will be expected to live locally and may be required to sit on-site in the near future.

As a Generalist you will be responsible for initiatives across onboarding, talent acquisition, orientation, employee relations, and wellness. You will partner with internal leaders to execute a global HR strategy, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and optimize the corporate brand internally and externally. As a member of a small and agile team your days will range from coordination/logistics to project/change management to client/candidate interfacing with incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact at global company with a small but high-functioning local population.

This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and sophisticated HR professional in a generalist or specialist function looking to transition to a broader, client-facing role in a global firm.
