About the role
Reporting to the Head of HR based in Hong Kong, you will be managing end-to-end HR activities from on-boarding all the way up to off-boarding. The HR Generalist will manage the recruitment via both direct channels and managing vendors; working closely with global HR team in managing the performance management practices; being the point of contact for any HR-related and ER-related matter. You will also support in handling daily HR operations matter.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 7+ years of progressive HR experience having mastered the full end to end employee life cycle, operations and more recently have been managing business stakeholders. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders. The individual should be equipped with the knowledge of local employment laws and must have the ability to work in a team.
