We are delighted to work with an ambitious, dynamic and expanding manufacturing/production organisation in Derby to recruit an HR Manager. You will be responsible for managing a small team and play a pivotal part in expansion plans over the forthcoming year.
You will provide generalist HR support to site across all areas of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, succession planning, employee relations casework, learning & development, reward & recognition, employee engagement and proactive project work. You will partner with managers and key stakeholders to support them through business change and strategic objectives which will include the creation of a new shift pattern and opening a second site.
In order to be successful in your application you will need generalist HR experience ideally gained within manufacturing/production, engineering or construction. Experience managing change and transformation is essential as you will be responsible for upscaling production. You will ideally have experience working for large, established and commercial organisation, somewhere you have developed and understand best practice so that you can effictively develop the HR function and support this business through their next phase of growth.
