My client is an ambitious and growing online fashion brand looking to appoint their first HR Manager to support the head office in London.

As my clients first HR hire you will be responsible for setting up HR and developing a HR strategy for this growing business. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This will involve managing job role designs, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. As part of the senior team you will be expected to guide and educate the owners of the business on HR best practice and support the development of a successful workforce.

The business is full of vibrant, creative and ambitious employees and whilst working virtually now will be based in a London and working from home in the future. They are keen for the HR Manager to help employee engagement and support on the wider growth of the business from a people prospective. They see this role playing a critical part in the businesses long term success, they truly believe people are their most important asset and you'll be the one to ensure they have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realise our established mission and objectives. Promoting our company values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect the HR Manager's role.

To be successful in this role you must be a full HR generalist and will have covered the full employee lifecycle. You will have sole ownership of HR in a fast paced and energetic business so will have either previously set up a HR function, worked in a standalone HR role or been a senior HR professional in a similar small business. The role is currently part-time at 2 days per week with the potential to grow to 3 days in the near future, equally as they grow so can your team!

You will have excellent employment law knowledge and hold your CIPD or equivalent.

Salary: £60,000 this is full time equivalent and the salary will be pro-rata to the part time days.
