The HR Manager role is focused on the UK but will have scope for EMEA and offers excellent development opportunities. As the HR Manager you will provide all HR support and guidance, coaching and advising managers, team leaders and employees across various sites within the UK, your aim is to improve the employee lifecycle experience and to deliver on the HR Strategic plan in line with the business strategy. You will lead on various HR projects and tasks to include engagement and wellbeing, employee relations management, performance management and retention. You will provide advice to managers and employees to ensure a consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices, you will collaborate in building local and regional HR strategies in line with the global strategy and broader business objectives. This role requires you to partner and influence leaders in aligning business objectives with people strategies and be an ambassador of the company's values.
This role is a real mix of strategic & operational HR and requires someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. The role offers excellent growth and development into an HR Business Partner role along with exposure to EMEA & Global HR practices.
To be successful in this role you will need to have significant HR management experience both on an operational and strategic level. You will of has exposure and experience within talent management performance management, employee relations, re-structures, organisational development and design as well as change management and engagement. You will have a strong business acumen and be effective in partnering and influencing key stakeholders within the business. You will be hands on and an approachable HR professional who is driven to succeed and enjoys working within a collaborative, forward thinking and results focused HR team. If you have any experience of working within a global HR role this will be a huge advantage.
Salary is up to £50K + Benefits and the role offers flexible working.
