Our client, a very highly regarded, leading global law firm is looking for an accomplished HR Manager to join the HR team. Reporting in to the Regional Head of HR based in another location and Managing Partner locally, this person will be responsible for leading the high performing, small and collaborative HR team based in Singapore.
This is a strategic and operational HR Manager role where you will operate as the Country Lead for HR in Singapore working directly with the Partners and Business Heads. You will be responsible for managing all things HR and people related from; Policy & Employee Relations, HR Projects, managing annual HR Process, resource planning / budgeting with the fee earners, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development and overseeing HR Operations in a busy and varied role operating as a trusted adviser to the business.

Essential: Experience operating as a HR Manager with another global law firm (preferred) or international professional services organisation. You will have experience leading and developing a HR team as well as working as part of a high performance international matrix environment with a focus on excellence and high quality deliverables.
