Our client is a renowned Financial Services firm with a significant base in Singapore. They have around 350 employees across Asia and they have engaged our services to search for a high caliber Regional HR Operations Specialist to join their small and collaborative team here in Singapore.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work closely with the lean and high performing team in a fast-paced environment supporting HR Operations and HR Advisory end-to-end. This is a great opportunity for a HR Generalist who is looking to work closely with the business and operate in a broader role.
As the HR Operations Specialist, you are responsible for managing HR operations, benefits and outsourced payroll processes (data review & validation) across the region, as well as supporting with HR projects. You will manage employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll and general people related matters. The HR Operations specialist will also be involved in visa applications, tax filing and applications. You will support with onboarding and offboarding of employees in an efficient manner.
Essential: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations in a global financial services organisation, ideally in a regional or global capacity. The candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves and deliver projects and generalist tasks end to end due the small team size.
Desirable: Someone who has great communication skills, the ability to be a good team player and build strong relationships with the business.
