I am delighted to be working with a prestigious professional body to recruit for a HR specialist to support the organisations HR Systems development in line with the new and exciting HR strategy.
As HR Systems Lead you will support the continued development of the HR systems and processes to ensure they are fit for purpose now and with the new strategy in mind. You will lead on the delivery of accurate metrics and data to best assist the business and act as a client relationship manager for the HR systems to your client group and key stakeholders. You will oversee requirements and product developments for the HRIS to help improve system functionality.
The key responsibilities of this role will be to research and analyse information and data from the HRIS in order to identity strategic business solutions and support the workforce strategy objectives. By identifying, organising and analysing the information related you will create action plans in order to support and all workforce capabilities. Working closely with the organisations IT teams you will play a key role in developing and supporting the overall IT strategy and being a subject matter specialist for HR.
To be successful in this role you will have strategic experience managing a HRIS platform and a ATS (Applicant Tracking System), will have been part of a new HRIS integration project and fully IT competent. You will be results focused being able to plan ahead and manage expectations. You will have proven project management skills being able to demonstrate your ability to work with multiple stakeholders. You will have experience of implementing governance including data protection and sensitive information. It is essential that you have a good understating of HR best practise, processes and are able to proactively research these areas.
Desirable experience would including working with iTrent and ePloy (ATS) Prince 2 qualified.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
