The group operates in 40 territories employing some 6,000 people across insurance, broking, underwriting, data analytics and digital delivery to provide a growth platform for their clients' needs.
The business is undergoing a significant transformational change journey in the way HR is perceived across the organisation, moving to a more strategic led offering aligning the people agendas to meet group priorities. As such an exciting role has been created for a BP to join the brokerage arm to add bench strength, both strategically and commercially, by partnering with LTs whilst having the right support structure in place to ensure the operational and transactional nuts and bolts of HR are delivered seamlessly with a high delivery focus to the client groups.
To be considered for this role you will already be working within the Financial Services sector, ideally insurance / broking or at the very least front office client groups, along with demonstrated strategic led initiatives that have influenced a positive commercial outcome for the business. This role is suited to a switched-on career driven HRBP who already has a commercial mindset along with the ability to work with senior stakeholders to influence pragmatic outcomes with a real delivery focus.
