Our client, a thriving global banking organization is looking for HRIS Administrators to assist them in their New York City office. This position requires about 5+ years experience configuring Workday in a financial services or professional services environment. Your role would be to create reports, recommend process improvements, test and implement Workday upgrades, trouble shoot system issues in production and other projects as needed. You will be supporting the HR team and partnering with IT.
There is flexibility when it comes to work location. You can choose to work from home, the office, or a hybrid. My client is looking to build a team with like-minded HRIS professionals who will be an integral part of the organization's success. If you are a Workday super-user with a disposition of excellence, this is for you. Pay is negotiable. We are willing to entertain compensation requirements within reason.
