About Our Client

Our client is a global financial services organization who has a sizeable employee base in Singapore. They are looking for a HRIS Specialist (Senior Associate) to support the roll out of a number of key HR systems projects and manage HR systems operations.

Job Description

Within HR Services you will be responsible for managing HRIS project and operations end-to-end. You will be continuously supporting the. Reporting in to the Head of HR Ops & Systems, based in Singapore, you will manage HR systems projects & HR systems ops end-to-end as part of a lean team. You will also partner with external vendors and the business to drive best in class systems and continuous improvement.

Essential: You should possess approximately 6 to 8 years of HR systems and HR services experience within a global MNC. Knowledge of SuccessFactors is required.
