A great, newly created HRIS Specialist role is now available within a global design consultancy. This role is ideal for candidates who have already gained a broad, cross-functional knowledge of Sage People but are now looking to expand their process, reporting, dashboard and analytical remit. Key responsibilities will be to tackle areas for improvement including workflows, integrations, automated activities and data integrity. You will be the conduit between HR, IT and Sage/Fairsail to ensure successful delivery of HRIS projects, perform business analysis on current workflows and data, work with HR to assess workflows, integrations and review system processes and review HR System data and suggest improvements to ensure data integrity and ongoing governance. You'll assist with configuring the software productand help design and set up workflows and report on workflow analysis. This role will enjoy a good level of internal connectivity with senior stakeholders as you'll liaise directly with the Head of HR, HR Managers, IT teams and external providers within relevant business functions and the wider HR and Payroll team. You'll help develop and maintain these relationships to develop a strong understanding of what the data requirements for the firm are, so you can devise and deliver a suite of reports that meet the business data needs and play a pivotal role in helping the business refine their reporting fluency. As a result the business is looking for someone who is proficient in Sage People, ideally who has super user configuration abilities and prior experience of end to end system implementations.
