Our firm is engaged in a search for a Human Resources Analytics Director position for a leading manufacturing firm. The role will be based out of Stamford as of late 2021 (currently White Plains). In this role, your scope will touch the entire business to implement and manage analytics and insights across the HR space, including compensation, workforce planning, recruitment, etc. You will have the opportunity to build and innovate this capability within a business that is pivoting to emphasize a data-driven business strategy.
This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated HR leader with years of experience in HR analytics, focusing on melding analytics with strategy. You are comfortable with implementing analytic procedures, and you enjoy going beyond the data and incorporating it with business strategy. While experience in manufacturing/industrials environments would be preferred, the organization is prioritizing the necessary strategic and analytical skills.
