A great newly created interim Reward Manager role is now available at a leading Media business for 6 months (possible extension, or permanent conversion) Supporting the Head of Reward, this interesting role will be to support the Reward cycle globally and ensure the total reward offering is harmonised across the various business lines and stakeholders have access to timely data to ensure comp decisions are robust and fall within agreed budgets. In addition to supporting the comp round, this role will act as key project support to implement a new Comp management system (based on Dynamics) which will ensure the business is able to reduce replication and have real time data accuracy. As a result the business is looking to meet experienced Reward Managers or Senior Reward Analysts who are immediately available, and have solid experience of international compensation and remuneration policies; experience in conducting and interpreting salary surveys, including Towers Watson, and proficient in job matching/bench-marking/evaluation together with broad comp & bens experience within a matrix organisation. Any experience in supporting system enhancements or new platforms is highly desirable.
