A leading financial services organisation is currently seeing a Senior Recruiter to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract initially. The role has come about due to high volume of work and has the potential to go permanent.
This division is key to ensuring the successful recruitment of high-quality and diverse talent across the business in the most time and cost effective way possible. You will be joining a team of 3 recruiters and focusing on the EMEA region including UK. Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage business and HR relationships within the EMEA region.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and business unit leaders to understand requirements, source and deliver high calibre candidates for roles across EMEA
- Educate and influence business leaders and HR to change current practices, where necessary, and promote recruitment best practices
- Manage projects including email marketing, market mapping, mapping professional and alumni associations, social media etc.
The hiring manager is looking for a strong financial services recruiter with the ability to manage a high volume of roles (c. 20-30 live vacancies) and experience of innovative search methodologies and tools. You will be expected to own relationships with external agencies whilst maintaining a good direct pipeline of candidates.
This role requires significant stakeholder management and the ability to build credible relationships with the business so some exposure to working across EMEA would be beneficial.
