Our client is an international company which specializes in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector. The company is growing their team due to their ambitious objectives for the current and following years. They are looking for a recruiter who can adapt to international environments and recruit in foreign markets.
International Recruiter (m/w/d) - Stuttgart
- Manage the strategic and operational recruiting process of executives and specialists
- Identify potential opportunities to improve and optimize the recruitment process
- Identify and implement recruitment strategies for different target groups
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, selection and interviews.
- Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to develop new recruiting concepts.
- Minimum of three years of international recruitment experience
- Completed studies in business management, economics, business psychology or a comparable degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of recruiting trends
- Fluency in English and German (Knowledge of French would be an advantage)
