Our client, a top global law firm, is looking for a Legal Personnel Manager (Resource Manager/Talent Manager) to support one of their most highly visible businesses with associate needs, staffing & utilization, ongoing analysis of work assignments, development, coaching and talent/performance management. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent and/or resource management, comfortable dealing with attorneys' day to day, and ideally a background in professional services or legal. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting attorneys with the right assignments to ensure career planning while strategizing with business leaders to identify training issues, ensuring new hires are transitioning successfully, assist in the annual evaluation process, conduct/analyze exit interview feedback and beyond.
