I am partnering with hugely exciting global data and analytics business to hire a People Business Partner focusing on support the organisations M&A activities, integration and change programmes.
The People Business Partner will act as the People Lead on all M&A Projects managing end-to-end transaction lifecycles including due diligence, deal documentation, integration planning, execution and onboarding. They will also be responsible for identifying impact on employees and addressing and ER and employee legislation issues. Another key element of the role will be supporting leadership with organisation design activities and ensuring effective utilisation of talent, assessing optimal integration pathways and optimising organisational effectiveness.
This role will have extensive exposure to senior leadership and will need to be comfortable liaising at this level and driving key commercial projects and impacting decision making. Previous experience with end-to-end M&A activity is essential as is a strong grasp of employee relations and employment law.
