We have a current opportunity for a Manager, Talent Acquisition on a permanent basis. The position will be based remotely, ideally in the Central or Mountain time-zone. For further information about this position please apply.

We're looking for Talent Acquisition Manager. This wonderful, *fully remote role* with occasional travel is available with a fantastic client who've been featured as a "Best Place to Work" and are an undisputed pioneer in their field of technology.

They are seeking a passionate Recruiting Manager who is both hands on and strategic, and able to carry their own requisition load while managing 2 specialist level staff. **Strong tech recruiting knowledge is a must as this position will work broadly in TA but will naturally focus on bringing in engineering talent. If you possess 2 or more years of management experience out of agency of corporate settings, and you have 4-5 additional years of experience in startup, growth, heavily scaling environments, we'd love to hear from you.

This position is best suited to a generalist recruiting leader with a spike in tech, and will take on the role of true player coach- remaining hands on while being able to create strategy, and anticipate the challenges both to process and tools when multiple headcount is added to the mix. It will oversee two skilled recruiting resources, guiding them and providing sustainable strategies. If you can help identify strong engineering talent and have proven experience out of a startup or growth tech environment scaling effective attraction techniques and facing off to the leadership level, we know you will pleased to join this exceptional small tech recruiting team working towards significant growth. There will be eventual opportunities to take on additional people partner work if you so choose. Headcount will increase by 40 in the remainder of this year and is set to almost double in the year thereafter.
