Our client, a top law firm on the AMLaw100, is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support their Senior Manager and the broader legal population across the US in a broad range of administrative/HR activies. This role will largely focus on the onboarding component of HR, partnering with internal stakeholders and candidates to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization from the point an offer is accepted to the point they first arrive on-site. The role deals with a lot of moving pieces and requires a high detail of organization and a sense of urgency to ensure all the moving parts are handled with care.
The ideal candidate brings at least 6 months of practical, hands-on administrative/HR experience in a fast-paced, competitive and professional environent handling high-volume, customer facing tasks and interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders. Experience in a legal environment or using an HRIS a plus.
