I am currently partnering with a global investment manager who are looking to recruit an Organisational Effectiveness Specialist on a permanent basis. This is fantastic opportunity where you will report directly into the Global Head of HR and have responsibilities for designing and developing capabilities across Talent Acquisition and Talent & Leadership Development. You will help define and develop the firms culture in line with their purpose and business priorities.
As the Organisational Effectiveness Specialist you will also be responsible for designing appropriate strategies in order to deliver a workforce that is skilled, resilient and inspired to deliver shareholder expectations. This role will provide support on a range of transformational HR projects such as: the implementation and development of a global HR system, performance management processes and employee engagement surveys.
From a Talent Acquisition perspective you will be responsible for building recruitment capabilities globally for the business, and be accountable for ensuring the development and delivery of recruitment and selection strategies that fit in line with the overall talent and business strategy. This role will also be responsible for creating a talent development strategy which again aligns with the overall business plan and overall HR strategy.
To be successful within this role, you will need demonstrable and significant HR experience with a strong track record within Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. You will be used to working at a strategic level with senior stakeholders and have the ability to develop and influence relationships and partnerships across all level of the organisation.
