We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global consumer brand who are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team to provide support to the payroll manager across the region on a 6-month Full Time Contract based in Auckland CBD. This is a demanding role in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment which offers excellent learning opportunities for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities include:
* End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll and ensuring that all data is accurate
* Review all new hires' data to ensure accuracy, and process any necessary corrections according to employment contract type
* Calculation and processing of terminations
* Maintain master data and employee files - responsible for all changes communicated in addition to fixed term contracts
* Processing of employee payroll changes and all adjustments to pay
* Administer all ACC for employee injuries (payment only)
* Provide Stakeholders with fortnightly/monthly data requests for Accounts/HR/Controlling
* IR payments according to set deadlines
* Ad Hoc reporting (if applicable)
* Vendor Management - in maintaining performance, raising tickets, and resolving outstanding system or process related tasks

We are looking for:
* At least 2 years' experience in a payroll position
* Ideally have experience in a high volume, fast-paced industry
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service to employees and external vendors regarding all payroll questions and concerns
* Understanding of payroll policies and procedures (NZ)
* Attention to detail
* Problem solving ability, analytical and numeracy skills
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Ability to interpret and enforce changes in legislative compliance in order to ensure accuracy of Payroll
