I am thrilled to be partnering with a globally recognised and innovative professional services firm to help them find an experienced HR Business Partner to join their high performing team. This will be a 12 month parental leave contract with the potential to be extended, based in Melbourne. There is also the opportunity for this role to be full time or part time, 4 days per week. This is an exciting time for the firm and this is an excellent opportunity to partner with the business to drive new initiatives and support change agendas.
About the role
Reporting into the Head of HR you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where you will operate as a true business partner supporting a client group of 120. Working closely with your centres of excellence you will be responsible for:
- Managing annual cyclical annual process for those practice groups
- Performance and rem review
- Workforce shaping
- Designing targeted cultural change initiatives
- Managing employee issues
- Coaching partners and senior leaders in terms of career planning and approaches
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 7 years similar experience. Experience is a partnership model would be advantages to understand the complexities of the organisation. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement from all levels of stakeholder and be a skilled influencer. You will have experience with performance review systems and implementation of remuneration reviews, process improvement and commercial acumen. You will also be an excellent communicator, adaptable and articulate.
To allow for hand over this role must start before the middle of January 2022.
