We are delighted to be partnering by a well-known Pharmaceutical giant with significant global market share and presence in Asia. With their strong global network, outstanding results and consistent growth, they are presently seeking a Plant HR Business Partner to oversee there HR Operations for their manufacturing sites.
Reporting through to the Regional HR Director and dotted to the Site Director, you will be working with the management team in driving and spearheading changes to the organisation. You will ensure that the business has the people and organisational capabilities to support the business growth objectives through the provision of strategic customer focused HR solutions. Your team will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function including talent management, talent acquisition, rewards and recognition, learning and development, employee relations. Furthermore, you will be working with union representative to ensure best practices are adopted and promoting positive labour relations.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven leader with executive presence and astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with Leaders. Work experience in a manufacturing/ unionise environment is a must. You possess strong stakeholder management skills, have a real passion for people and are still prepared to "roll up your sleeves" and "walk the ground".
