My client a FMCG Business are looking to hire a Recruiter on a interim contract till August 2021. Working in a busy team of 3 you will be taking responsibility for around 20-30 live roles from shortlist to induction. You will be managing the resourcing needs of the business through effective attraction, selection and induction processes. You will be working alongside stakeholders to conduct competency and case study interviews. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with stakeholders and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. You will be a strong Recruiter who can utilise multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards and referrals) in order to secure the best candidates. In this role you will be supporting the UK on their high-volume recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and can either come from an agency or in-house background. The ideal candidate will have a strong background recruiting high volume roles ideally in a large globally matrixed organisation.
