I am delighted to have partnered with a rapidly growing, innovative and market leading organisation based in Brighton, to recruit an interim Recruiter. My client will be looking to hire this role on a three-month basis, although it is highly likely to be extended to six months and beyond.
As the Recruiter, you will report into the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, supporting the business in sourcing various permanent positions and working in partnership with agencies to recruit freelance hires.
As a Recruiter, your main goal is to identify, assess, and bring top talent to the business. You will be a strategic partner for the business and will require a commercial approach to recruitment.
You will be working between fifteen and twenty live roles at any give time, varying between technical and business support functions. You will be responsible for the 360 management of roles, actively headhunting and approaching potential candidates, creating a shortlist for Hiring Managers, telephone screening applicants, arranging all interviews and providing weekly updates regarding the status of each role.
If you have worked in a fast-paced business with high volume recruitment and are comfortable with using and inhouse ATS you will be of great interest to my client. It is essential you can work and prioritise multiple positions, have the knowledge to source candidates and have excellent communication skills
