About the Role
This Regional L&D Assistant Manager will partner with the business leaders to establish structured learning roadmaps for tech professionals in the business i.e. Software Engineer, System Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Ops Developer, etc.
You will understand the needs of the organization through maintaining a close partnership with internal stakeholders & external training providers to come up with talent development strategies and roll out effective training programs. Your goal is to enhance the technical knowledge of employees and evaluate training effectiveness for employees in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and China.
Essential: Acquired a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of working experience. Exposure in designing/ executing/ supporting L&D program for tech employees. Good understanding of the tech industry in the Singapore & Southeast Asia market. The ability to speak in Mandarin is essential to facilitate communication with Chinese colleagues.
Desirable: Good communication, able to speak to senior management in a consultative approach. Experience in start-up / IT industry is advantageous.
