About the Company
A growing company within the Medtech space. It is a high performing team with dynamic culture, and forward-looking management. They are looking for a top-notch Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of the Star team - in both Tech and Non-Tech team. This incumbent would be given opportunities to learn and grow with the business.
You will execute the recruitment strategy (manage full cycle of recruitment process including but not limited to market research and mapping, job posting, sourcing, pre-screening, offer management etc.) and drive a high calibre, proactive pipeline of talent - diverse range of technical roles. You will be responsible for the implementation of all recruitment and branding activities, streamlining processes and have a passion for excellence.
You will come with at least 5 years of experience in inhouse Recruitment. Prior regional (Asia) experience working in a Tech organization / start up environment would be critical due to relevancy. This person will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with business leaders and managers - serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert. Able to work independently, is proactive, and adaptable to changes or ambiguity.
Essential: This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
