Hence, they are recruiting for a high calibre Talent Management Manager to create and innovate talent management strategies and programmes to support a high performing culture.
About the Job
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Corporate HR Director, the Global Talent Management Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of talent management and talent review programmes and strategies in Asia and International Markets. Working closely with the leadership and HR BPs, the Global Talent Management Manager will craft out initiatives around talent assessment, succession planning, competency matrix, leadership development programmes to ensure a high performing culture across different locations.
The Successful Applicant
You should have at least 10 years of talent management / talent development experience in a fast paced and matrix environment. You should have a strong exposure in implementing talent and development strategies across different geographies. You are analytical and solutions oriented individual with a foundation in customising and catering talent management solutions and processes. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes across multiple sites.
