I am working with a fantastic Cardiff based firm that is looking for a Reward Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the CPO this is an ideal opportunity for a Reward professional looking for real ownership of the reward and benefits strategy and all related projects and programmes.
The position is responsible for designing and leading on all reward and benefits programmes, leading on the strategic agenda for reward and benefits as well as having operational responsibilities alongside one direct report. Working closely with the senior leadership team, key stakeholders and HR colleagues, you will own and develop frameworks and processes to manage:
* Job grading frameworks and pay structures
* Salary and benefits benchmarking
* Gender pay gap and reporting
* Recognition & incentive schemes
* Annual salary, pay and bonus reviews
* All benefits including 3rd party relationships and suppliers
* Management of an outsourced Payroll
You will be an experienced Reward professional across all areas of reward and benefits, able to demonstrate knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking. With strong analytical skills you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships at all levels.
While the company is Cardiff based they operate a flexible working policy with the ability to access the office on a weekly basis, preferably two days/week. The role comes with a great £basic salary + bonus + benefits.
