I'm currently partnering with a leading Listed Global Financial Services enterprise with a 40 million strong customer base. This organisation proudly supports the financial needs and solutions from individual investors to some of the world's largest organisations, including government. With a global reach they have strategically positioned themselves through breadth of expertise and capability to unlock opportunities to enhance all their customers financial needs.
I am looking to hire a Risk Learning Manager, sitting within the Global Learning team, to partner globally with a highly skilled population to ensure that they are not only capable to mitigate any risk to existing regulatory platforms, but to also future proof for business readiness when additional risk requirements are in play.
You will need to have the technical expertise across both the risk and learning space to credibly partner with internal and external risk experts themselves. You will be a seasoned learning manager with the gravitas to influence and lead change to continually meet the organisation's strategic agenda. You will need to understand the technical environment, get the people that work within, articulate direction, and cut through complexity. You will be responsible for building innovative, digitally integrated, and engaging design learning solutions to ensure the population is equipped with the skills needed to solve for all risk and regulatory needs to fulfil strategy and commercial aims.
To be considered for this role you will ideally be from within a global matrix financial services organisation, partnering with risk, or if outside of sector you are working in a heavily regulated industry, such as: aviation, health and safety or manufacturing at a global scale; or indeed you could have a management consultancy background as a Learning & Development Manager within Risk Assurance but wish to make the move inhouse. You will also have experience of managing end to end learning platforms (skills gap analysis to ongoing evaluation) supported by theoretical knowledge with the skill to shift mindsets and expectations of leaders at all levels.
The role is London based, however there will be occasional travel requirements when allowed and/or some unsocial working hours due to the nature of the role.
If you feel you suit these attributes, skills, and experience to be successful in this highly visible role then please apply and forward an up-to-date CV for consideration.
