We are delighted to partner exclusively with a globally recognised high-tech company which has displayed a strong YOY performance. As part of their HR strategy, they are recruiting for a high calibre Global Manager - Talent Management to conceptualise and drive talent management programmes or solutions across their international sites.

Job Description

Reporting to the Global Talent Director, the Global Manager - Talent Management will be the advisor to design, implement and improve their talent management and leadership programmes, across multiple sites and/or locations. Working closely with the HR Directors, Regional HRBPs and business leaders, the Global Manager - Talent Management will identify and deliver appropriate and effective solutions to drive and prepare a "talent ready" organisation, which includes but not limited to, talent engagement, talent development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning and performance management. In additional, the Global Manager - Talent Management will play a key role in the enhancement of the company's Leadership programmes/academy.

The Successful Candidate

You should have at least 10 years of track record in talent management experience, preferably gained from a highly matrix and fast paced environment. You should have a strong exposure in implementing talent and development strategies across different geographies and cultures. Prior experience in Manufacturing / High Tech will be advantageous. You are analytical and solutions oriented individual with a strong foundation in customising and catering talent management solutions and processes, as well as leadership development knowledge. You should have prior experience in managing and supporting a learning academy. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes across multiple sites.
