I am currently partnering with a leading professional services company with an exciting opportunity for a hard-working Senior HR advisor to join their energetic team in this hands-on role reporting to the Associate partner, HR Manager.
Working in partnership with the wider HR function you will manage the day-to-day operations and some administrative tasks where you will be supporting the HR manager and Global head of HR whilst being the first point of contact for all internal and external queries.
A key part of the role will be to provide first line HR advisory services and advice to employees, hiring managers and executive stakeholders on a range of HR issues and initiatives. You will also be expected to deal with and manage lower-level employee relation cases alongside key diversity and inclusion and wellbeing initiatives.
No two days will be the same and you will need to operate at speed and deliver results in a timely manner whilst being able to prioritise an ever-changing workload.
The ideal candidate for this exciting oportunity will come from a professional services or partner led environment. The successful candidate will need demonstrable hands-on generalist HR operational experience and the confidence to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
This role would suit an HR generalist with extensive advisory experience looking to take on new challenges as a Senior HR advisor working within a cohesive and collaborative partner led environment.
