This global matrixed professional services firm is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join one of its key practice groups.
As a leader in its field this impressive firm holds an impressive brand and standing in the market place, leading on key initiatives and maverick in its thinking.
This role will see the successful candidate as the primary point of contact for this rapidly growing team, managing and delivering an outstanding HR business service to clients. You will be a key facilitator and enabler within the group organisation and a driver of change.
Building solid internal stakeholder relationships, you will develop an understanding of the internal group, their strategic people priorities, their strategic people plan to deliver the best service possible as part of the team. Working collaboratively with the Centres of Excellence you will be integral to driving the people agenda through your group and working closely with the wider team to deliver key initiatives and tangible results.
Working independently as well as part of a wider team this role will see you delivering the people plan, working collaboratively with the HR Lead.
The firm is looking to meet with solid, commercial HR Business Partners who have a range of sector experience. Ideally candidates will come from larger, complex, organisations, having worked at senior level, delivering commercial HR Business Partnering into the business. Candidates will have been integral to change and transformation within their organisations and been a key driver for this change and influencing the business.
