Our client, a noted global bank, is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to provide strong support to their Global Markets and Capital Markets divisions. As a senior business partner, this position will include the full scope of HR activities inclusive of talent management, employee relations, recruiting, mobility and overseeing both the summer intern and analyst programs.
The Senior HR Business Partner will provide offering overall generalist support to a group of over 200 comprising the Global and Capital Markets groups. You'll triage and manage employee relation issues, inclusive of partnering with outside counsel on investigations, guiding managers on ER and performance issues. You'll provide guidance on career development and mobility opportunities. In addition with headcount planning and reporting, you'll partner with the business on recruitment and manage the annual compensation, merit, and promotion cycles.
The successful candidate will offer at least 5 years of experience as a business partner within a financial services environment (ideally a smaller strategic function or midsized firm) with several of those years dedicate to supporting revenue driving, front office groups - sales and trading.
