Coming in to support the employees during these difficult times this will suit an established HR professional, used to working within a partnership model and with an ability to handle challenging stakeholders.
The business follows a business partnering type approach, so the Senior HR Manager will have autonomy to run the client group as they would like. Advising on the full employee lifecycle including talent, succession, ER as well as broader HR projects across the group.
As an urgent requirement due to shifting needs across HR, this will be a hit the ground running role. Coming in ASAP unfortunately you cannot be on notice period and will have to demonstrate an ability to grasp the nuances quickly. Paying on a day rate (PAYE) this Senior HR Manager will slot in alongside the counterparts and be onboarded and start the role remotely.
