I'm currently partnering with a leading Global Financial Services company who are headquartered in the UK. My client is looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to work across their global business. This Learning & Development Business Partner role will sit within their London office where you will work as part of a small team as well as your own leadership responsibilities.
As the Learning & Development Business Partner you will have in-depth expertise to identify, consult and coach senior leaders to create impactful development plans for career progression across a defined population aligned to career pathways based on individual needs. You will be expected to identify trends and themes across all geographical regions to create integrated learning & development solutions, as well as enhancing and improving current programmes that are in play. This is a key role with visibility across the leadership platform to innovate and integrate development streams to build and retain talent for this high performing organisation.
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrable Learning & Development experience along with the ability to partner and influence senior leadership to build out capability and bench strength across each business line, ideally within an international organisation. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
