A global professional services firm is now looking to recruit a Senior Benefits Manager to focus purely on their partner population and create a benefits centre of excellence for this senior stakeholder group. Having one direct report (benefits manager) and reporting into the Global Benefits Director, you'll help to define the strategic direction of the partner benefits and retirement offering and oversee the portfolio of provision for each global location. The scope of this newly created role is quite broad, picking up both the design and delivery, as well as the governance of the operational framework and the reporting outputs. As a result the firm is looking to meet Senior Benefits Managers with broad geographic scope (experience of US benefits is essential) who can demonstrate previous experience in implementing a global benefits strategy, together with knowledge of global market trends. Proficient project management and benefits administration experience is desired, as is experience in benchmarking products and services, together with the ability to utilise analytical skills to research and effectively resolve complex issues and improve processes.
