We are partnering with a highly reputable insurance firm on a Senior HR Business Partner role, supporting Asia on People Strategy end to end with support of a small team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, responsibilities include:-
- Managing HR strategy including Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Lead the HR administration teamto offer operational support to the business
- Support in the management of workplace engagement and management initiatives
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is both highly strategic and operationally strong, with an interest in being hands on and operating in a broad role. You will ideally have existing experience in the Insurance/ Reinsurance industry and be a highly motivated team player with people management experience.
