Reporting into the HR Director and managing a team of three, the position is responsible for designing and leading on reward, pay and performance. Working closely with the senior leadership team, key stakeholders and HR colleagues, you will own and develop frameworks and processes to manage:
* Job grading frameworks and pay structures
* Salary and benefits benchmarking
* Gender pay gap and reporting
* Recognition & incentive schemes
* Annual salary, pay and bonus reviews
* All benefits including 3rd party relationships and suppliers
You will be an experienced Reward professional across all areas of compensation and benefits, able to demonstrate knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking. With strong analytical skills you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships at all levels. Experience of working in a regulated environment is desirable.
While the company is Bristol based they operate a hybrid model with the ability to access the office on a weekly basis. The role comes with a great £basic salary + car allowance + bonus + benefits.
