We are delighted to partner exclusively with a global ground-breaking manufacturing leader as they strive to enhance their talent acquisition team as a critical HR enabler to drive their growth ambitions. We are recruiting for a high calibre, creative Talent Acquisition Lead who can conceptualise and execute talent acquisition strategies and to sustainable culture of high performance across multiple sites in APAC.

Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead will be an advisor to the APAC leadership and a critical role in developing and implementing the talent strategy across diverse business units and locations. This include partnering with business leaders to proactively identify executive talent gaps, developing recruitment strategies and roadmaps that are supportive of the organisation's ambitious growth agenda, building a team of talent acquisition specialists and/or partner with RPO partners.

The Successful Candidate

You should have at least 10 years of track record in talent acquisition experience, preferably gained from a highly matrix and fast paced environment. Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial or similar industry experience is highly preferred. As part of the senior HR team, you can critically evaluate and recommend suitable TA strategies to support a high growth organisation across multiple locations. You are analytical and numerically savvy to identify and enhance potential, if any, TA strategies and provide the platform of support/leadership to the TA team. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes across multiple sites.
