About The Organisation
We are delighted to be partnering with global technology firm in the HR space to hire a part-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner covering APAC. Ideally based in Sydney (but open to Melbourne or Brisbane), this role partners closely with the business leaders and wider HR team to deliver exceptional new talent.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager in the UK and partnering with the local Head of HR, this role is responsible for hiring into sales, marketing, services and presales roles. Considered as the local expert on all things recruitment for the region, you will build a deep level of expertise hiring top tier professionals whilst forming strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs in a complex and growing business.
Responsibilities will include:

- Thinking outside the box in a challenging and tight market for talent
- Supporting the mission of being best-in-class with people, processes and technology
- Constantly evaluate and acknowledge what's working and what is not - then change it

The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone who is brave, fun and has passion for recruitment. You will ideally have proven in-house recruitment experience within a software organisation or from agency with SaaS experience. This is a not a 'post and pray' role so you need creativity, vigour, self motivation and love a bit of problem solving.
