Our client, a UK based boutique Talent Strategy consulting firm, is currently building out their US practice and looking for Senior/Executive Talent Consulting Professionals to come manage and develop their client relatinoships, ensure excellent delivery and execution of their talent strategies, and to partner with more junior delivery team to develop best-in-class, customizable solutions for their Financial Services clients.
Our client has historically been based in New York City but given the current environment has transitioned to a remote environment and plans to stay that way indefinitely, so the candidate can work from anywhere in the US but will be expected to meet with clients in person as needed down the road.
They are currently hiring for their two most senior roles, one focused more on project delivery and profitability, allocation of internal resources, and client management; while the other is slightly further from the content and focused more on client relationship development, light 'business development', and executive client service through project oversight.
The ideal candidates for both roles have well over 10 years of client-facing Talent Consulting work at well-known, competetive professional services firms.
