I am pleased to be working with one of the world's leading global Professional services firms with offices in over 14 countries. I am supporting them in their search for a Senior trainee development coordinator who will sit within their Attorney recruitment team and report to the Senior manager of Attorney Recruitment.
The new hire will support the business by coordinating and administrating all activities and processes related to the business's London trainee programme. The incumbent will also need to engage with campus outreach and post offer acceptance management through to the end of the training contract/qualification.
This role will have the Senior trainee development coordinator liaising with all the relevant law schools to ensure a high standard of training consistency for all trainees. It will be the responsibility of the Senior trainee development coordinator to ensure that the training programmes comply with the relevant law society and the SRA requirements amongst other realted responsibilites.
This is an ideal role for someone who possesses knowledge of training contract structure and process and enjoys working in a team environment with a customer service focus. It would be necessary to have extended experience within the legal sector with a firm understanding of the transition to SQE.
Experience in HR would be beneficial, however a background in employment law would be advantageous.
