Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Salary £50,000-£55,000 + 10-20%Bonus. Offices based in Woking with Hybrid working on offer.
I am delighted to have partnered with this organisation to help them recruit two Talent Acquisition Business Partners to meet their key commercial needs and people plan. The first Talent Acquisition Partner will support the business with hiring professional service individuals (Finance, HR, IT) and the second, supply chain and logistics professionals.
You will report into the Head of Talent Acquisition and will typically look after 8-10 live vacancies at any given time. You will work closely with senior management to help understand both current and future business needs and will be accountable for a 360 recruitment role. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will bring market insight to the business, champion internal mobility across the company, utilise social media and build talent pipelines, utilise direct hiring methodology and referrals and provide advice and guidance to hiring managers with recruitment policies, procedures and best practice.
If you have an impressive background in recruiting in-house, have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and have the ability to priotitise a considerable and varied work load this will be of great interest to my client.
