I am delighted to be working with a leading global professional services firm who are in a commanding position within the legal sector. I am on the search for an experienced recruitment specialist who will join the team as their Talent Acquisition Lead reporting to the senior recruitment manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an incredible recruitment specialist to support the Senior Recruitment Manager in developing resourcing and attraction strategies and supporting the business' targeted Diversity and inclusion recruitment goals.
The incumbent will have knowledge of developing recruitment and retention strategies and have strong experience working with agencies and managing the firm's PSL to support them in attracting a more diverse pool of talent enabling them to reach their gender diversity and ethnic minority representation goals. The talent acquisition lead will support the Partner Recruitment Manager in relation to partner lateral recruitment and run the day-to-day recruitment activities associated with Partner hiring.
The Talent Acquisition lead will work closely Work with Advisors, Recruitment Partners and HR business partners to identify hiring needs and determine a resourcing plan for each specific Practice.
The incumbent would be the first point of call regarding the firms ATS Ensuring that hiring managers understand and use appropriately the recruitment system; advise and act as super-user on this helping to produce regular MI reports and communicate them effectively
The role will be supported by 2 recruitment advisors based in London and a recruitment assistant based in Europe who you will have management responsibility over.
It would be very beneficial to have experience of working closely with senior stakeholders in both an operational and strategic position having worked within the legal sector or wider professional services space.
