This company is a global brand name and market leader that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead which is directly responsible for the delivery of the operations, recruitment frameworks and processes for a large EMEA Talent Acquisition team.
This isn't a Talent Acquisition role in the traditional sense. Instead it's responsible for ensuring that the TA strategy, recruitment frameworks and processes are being delivered efficiently and constantly improved. This requires the ability to work in a heavily matrixed environment, working closely with the TA teams and senior stakeholders to understand and drive transparency around operational performance, identifying and implementing process improvements to drive the efficiency of candidate and client experience. The position will align across all lateral and campus recruitment as well as owning the operational relationship with an MSP.
The position requires experience of understanding recruitment strategies, frameworks and the end to end recruitment process. This is about identifying and understanding issues and therefore your ability to manage and analyse data will be combined with your ability to provide ideas and solutions to ultimately deliver and make it happen. With clear and proactive communication, you will be comfortable working within a large and complex corporate environment.
This position is based in Chester and you will be expected to be on site 2 days/week. The company offers a good £basic salary and benefits and amazing career opportunities and development.
