Our client, a top firm on the AMLaw100, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their Senior Manager across all areas of Partner recruiting from operations to execution. This role will sit in either Manhattan or DC and will be responsible for all operational aspects of Recruiting for the Partner population including drafting JD's, driving relationships with external vendors, managing their ATS, and partnering with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and excellent experience.
The ideal candidate brings at least 2+ years of experience recruiting in a legal, professional services or financial services environment, with demonstrated proficiency managing relationships with senior stakeholders and clients and independently project managing searches from start to finish. Corporate and Legal recruiting experience are preferred but can be supplemented other relevant experience.
