We are working with a highly regarded, global Financial Services client with a large leadership presence in Singapore, looking to expand their Talent Solutions team with a Talent Assessment expert. You will sit within the Group Talent team and report to the Head of Talent Solutions. This is a fast-paced, global and purpose led matrix firm that is very collaborative and network driven. They embrace change and innovation and welcome new technology as well as utilise agile working methods and make data-driven decisions.

As Talent Assessment Specialist, you will utilise your specialist technical and consultative skills to provide high-quality assessment expertise and advice to internal stakeholders across resourcing, learning, development and talent. You will also support the development of a new global assessment strategy and ensure best practice during its rollout. Alongside the Assessment Lead, you will be responsible for evaluating new assessment solutions and assessing their practical application and benefit as well as ensuring assessments are carried out in an effective, fair and compliant way.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Talent Assessment subject matter expert with strong stakeholder management experience and an ability to manage ambiguity. Proven ability to navigate within a large and complex organisation is also essential, whilst experience in a regulated environment would be beneficial.

You will have gained extensive exposure to talent assessments either in-house or in consulting, through designing assessment processes and solutions as well as implementing and managing solutions. Our client will expect good technical knowledge related to psychometric assessments and methodologies as well as key evaluative criteria.

Qualifications in Occupational/ Organisational/ IO Psychology or Occupational Testing would be an advantage.
