A luxury global property and construction organisation are currently looking for a talented Learning & Development and Talent Management professional to join their London based team. This role will report into the HR Director and partner with the Leadership team and wide HR function to design and delivering a comprehensive talent, learning and development offering.
The Talent Partner will be responsible for driving performance and capability across the organisation and will work closely with leadership and key internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions whilst promoting and enhancing a culture of continual development and learning. This role will touch on all areas of talent management and development from design to deliver and assessment phases and will take both a strategic and operational approach. The Talent Partner will drive positive communication on a global level and play a key change and transformational role in developing the future learning strategy of the organisation. It is important that this individual is highly analytical and able to identify internal and external tends to impact decision making and develop the more holistic and impactful learning solutions.
